Project Launched: WindowsITPro

Background
Windows IT Pro is a magazine that features people, content and resources focused on Microsoft Windows technologies and applications. The magazine also focuses on bringing an independent, uncensored voice to IT managers, network and systems administrators, developers, systems analysts, CIOs, CTOs, and other technologists at companies worldwide.
What We Did
The R2integrated team was presented the opportunity to assist WindowsIT Pro with the migration of the entire site from ColdFusion to the DotNetNuke (DNN) platform. R2i Content Module was implemented to help manage the content with more robust features, workflow, and taxonomy as well as developing a custom repository for article management. We also assisted in developing a template system which enables reusable content throughout the site.
Our team worked closely with the team at Penton Media to launch this project on Monday, March 1, 2010.
