If we have a list page with events and a detail page, we can click on a link to go from listed ecvent to event detail page. However, how do we come back from detil page back to list page. I tried using [URLREFERRER] tag but it just displays as text string and not the link back. Is there any particular syntax for it?

One technique is to send the [*TabID] of the list page on the querystring when you redirect to the detail page. Then you can use this value to navigate back to the list page.
