I have developed a site using DNN 03.03.05,when I try to install it to a remote server the following error occurs,please share any information,solutions for this issue

Need to make sure NETWORK SERVICE has correct permissions on all files in your dnn directory
ListX....makes you look brilliant, even though you're not.
