Hello, just wondering if anyone else ran into this particular error (and came up with a solution):

"Data Failure. Object doesn't support this property or method"

Setup:
- dnn 4.4.1
- Mssqlserver 2000 db
- bi4ce gomap 2.8.2

The module install went without errors.
All tables/views/ functions are there.
Running the wizard went ok.
All users show up on the list of users inside the wizard and can be plotted on the map.

Then after finishing the wizard the above errormessage shows up (only the one default icon shown), no other results.

Some of the Wizard (config) settings:

<DisplayMapType>true</DisplayMapType>
<NavigationControlType>SmallNavigation</NavigationControlType>
<MapType>Map</MapType>
<Name>FGoMap</Name>
<SourceType>View</SourceType>
<DiplayType>Timelapse</DiplayType>
<Source>f_vwPeopleOnline</Source>
<Center>
<Index>0</Index>
<Latitude>52.4660503618895</Latitude>
<Longitude>4.713134765625</Longitude>
<IconIndex>0</IconIndex>
<Timer>0</Timer>
<Description>F Home Town</Description>
<Zoom>0</Zoom>
<Distance>0</Distance>
</Center>
<Zoom>1</Zoom>
<Width>600</Width>
<Height>400</Height>
<StartDelay>20</StartDelay>
<LoopDelay>45</LoopDelay>
<MaximumPoints>300</MaximumPoints>
<TimelineDelay>15</TimelineDelay>

I've checked the sourcecode to no avail. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks already.

Can you try upgrading to the latest version of GoMap (currently 2.9.1) and repost your findings?

Hi,

I did a reinstall on both a DNN 4.4.1 and a DNN 4.5.1 installation with the GoMap 2.9.1 version.

Still in both cases I end up with the same error after finishing the wizard.

Something I noticed on the DNN 4.5.1 installation:
- althought the creation of a new config file was selected at the start of the wizard, a "usersonline" config.file is created after running the wizard for the first time
- if a new config file is created the icons section is empty (<Icons />), I had to copy the icons section accross from the "usersonline" config file

Both items don't seems to cause or explain the particular error. Do you have any other suggestions or do you need more information?

Thanks.
