what is the easiest way to find the longitude and latitude points from an address?

Yahoo has a web service that you can send the address through a querystring and get back the lat/long

ListX....makes you look brilliant, even though you're not.

Yahoo Geocoding web service has a limit of 5000/day

other good one is Geocoder.us service free for non-commercial, costs for commercial use
