Add to the action management in the control panel, an icon that would copy the clicked action to a new action and stick it down at the bottom of the action list.
ListX....makes you look brilliant, even though you're not.

I'll second this request as I was just going to add this myself. One click better would be to put us in edit mode on the copied action. It would save lots of time/typing as most add/update/delete/reset code has very similar structure. The same could be done for query variables to help enter a bunch of form variables more quickly.

If you want a "trick" to emulate this and can read the ListXXML, you can copy 1 or more actions out of the XML, paste it at the bottom of the actions section of the XML, load it, and it automagically indexes it. I do this when I need to copy a chunk of actions at one time.
