Would it be possible to include a wrapper of some kind (similar to Viewable By Admin only) that would indicate if Redirects have been toggled to disabled without having to enter the option settings?

Or maybe just include another band at the top of the debug area that shows the status of the Disable Redirect flag.

I like the idea of the status for Super Users and optionally for Admin. Here are my thoughts on Redirect...
