The pager is not compatible with the white space filtering in DNN4. The pager does not actually write out spacing characters but relies on incidental spacing introduced by breaking the HTML elements on separate lines. So when the DNN4 white space filter passes through, this gets removed.

Yes, that has already been documented. And we have a tip on the utilization of the whitespace filter in general. It causes severe problems in both rendering and editing of ANY textarea, not just those present in ListX. The problem is that it simply ignores the fact that the Textarea and PRE tags will contain content that should be rendered with all carriage returns and spaces still intact. We recommend turning off the whitespace filter in general until the compression algorithm has been corrected.
