Here's something I rigged together that might be useful for someone...

It uses the tinyMCE editor with a custom gallery to profile image uploading and drag & drop to the tinyMCE texybox. It then saves to the DB using Ajax, and sends an email when complete.

There are detailed instructions inside the zip, along with the gallery files.

I hope I've included all the proper instructions to get it working.

Maybe this could make it into the forthcoming ListX examples Wiki <img src='desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/whistling.gif' height='20' width='20' title='Whistling' align='absmiddle'>

Great, so it is possible to have a image browser in tiny mce, which is not out-of-the-box, but with a plug-in (paid one) possible.

But one quick question. How do i have to modify, to upload the file to a subfolder beneath imagegallery depending on the current loged in user?

Any hints

MArc

I suppose the best way of doing this would be to prefix the UserId to the image file name. You wouldn't need any subfolders because the code I posted only returns images for a given prefix - in my case ItemID.

So it you really wanted to you could use it like this:

ItemId_UserId_filename.png

And modify the code to only show the relevant images for the ItemId and UserId.
