I am creating a CUSTOM menu from the Navigator module.

I'm having a problem with submenu options expanding and colapsing.  Using the NORMAL menu it works fine, but using the CUSTOM menu version it doensn't work.

I need more information on how the "E" and the "C" work.

I understand the "C" being checked means "that particular menu option is the current one"
That works.

I understand the "E" being checked means "that particular menu will be expanded when you load that page".

I don't have the option to expand/collapse these.  They always seem to be expanded regardless if the "E" is checked.

The "E" column identifies whether the items contained within the Custom navigator are expanded - meaning - it will be expanded to display its children (when the item is at the first level). There is not expansion at the second level - so in that case the E would have not effect.

Are you attempting to display a third level? Or is the E not functioning at the root (first) level?
