I buy navigator module from snowcovered
After correct installation, when I try to insert the module in any page, the page becomes inaccessible.
After deleting the module definition in DesktopModules table, the page is accessible again

I'm using DNN 4.5.1 hosted at godaddy.com

which version of the Navigator you are using?

you need to use 2.2.7 from your downloads... please check in patches and hotfixes

I uninstall 2.2.6 and install 2.2.7 and I have the same problem
I need to restart the program or something else?

It Should be working fine. try re-installing Navigator see if you get any Installation Errors.

go in to host setting restart application. just to make sure there is no caching issues are going on.

I restart the application, and clear the cache ...

In firefox the message error was:

I test with IE 7 and fails too

In the log I can't see 02.02.07
It's ok?

Any suggestion?

This module don't work for me, and I'm not getting any response.

Our Guys Think it could be some thing with GoDaddy. we never had this issue with any other Navigator install. We know some of the GoDaddy DNN sites are hosted with MySQL as A Database. is that true in your case.

I have exactly the same problem with Navigator 2.2.7. I am not using godaddy, I am hosted by CrystalTech. I am using DNN version 4.0.3. I have installed ListX and Toolbar with no problem at all. But Navigator freezes the site. I have to go to a different portal, log in as admin, remove Navigator, then the site comes back. I have tried this twice, same result. No errors in installation.

Please help or please refund.

I’ve tested it on Crystal tech and locally worked perfectly fine... i am thinking it might be some thing to do with the package you downloaded from snow-covered.

I Attached the Package in Help Desk Ticket.. please un-install and reinstall using this package and let me know the result so that I can update the package on snow covered.

How do I access this package. I went to snowcovered, looked at the ticket that was updated by Christopher today, but can't find the download. I looked at the "downloads" but the new one is not there.

Ok, so I uninstalled navigator, then reinstalled using your download, but the same problem occurs.

It installs perfectly, then when I try to place a module on the page the page freezes.

Hmmmm... you are on crystal tech. 4.03 Right.... let me do another round of testing. i'll get back to you on that
