I tried to replicate the problem but i am not, can you please give me all the details related to the hosing environment... so that i can replicate the problem here .

Like file permissions, SQL Server version(2000 or 2005), asp.net 2.0 or 3.0 etc.

may be host provider name also... as much information you can provide that would help me figure out whats is causing the problem. you can email me the details if that is more convenient.
