Can't get toolbar to work!

Hello.  I am running DNN 4.0.2. Bought the module from snowcovered and installed in DNN.

Setup the module, setup some buttons using "use images", setup the actions, and .... nothing works.  I see a couple of gray buttons that when you mouse over them, they turn like burnt orange.

I am very frustrated as I've read the short manual and don't see anything I didn't do.

If you're using "Use Images" for the buttons, there is a simpler syntax for the Item template:

[SEPERATOR]<td align=center valign=middle><button /></td>
